I’ve been always sure I have a home, but always dreamed of the others. Living in others,  I was looking for a home. The two paradigms of being rooted and being global has collided in me. This series is an intriguing route of my camera in search for a notion of home.

P.S. Hiraeth  is a Welsh word that has no direct English translation. The University of Wales, Lampeter, likens it to a homesickness tinged with grief and sadness over the lost or departed. It is a mixture of longing, yearning, nostalgia, wistfulness or an earnest desire for the  past.
